All Free shipping and Dropshipping Promotions are only offered in the 48 contiguous states.   All Free shipping items will be marked as "Free Shipping".   Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico, are excluded from Free Shipping Promotions.  Regular Shipping Rates will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, unless otherwise listed.  

Shipping Policy



Qychex now offers free standard shipping and delivery on hundreds of items that we sell online.  If there is a cost for shipping, it will be "Displayed" in the item description.  No minimum order required for our online shoppers, which means that it is now easier than ever to place your online order. 


Payment Methods:

Qychex accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, Paypal, and Paypal Credit. Additionally, we can process orders that use Debit Cards. 

Custom Build Batteries:

Just look for the under the Product Description", for an expected arrival date on the Qychex Battery you are interested in.  The expected date will let you know how long it will take for us to build your battery and for delivery.  Because most Qychex Batteries are Custom Build, sometimes, it can take as long 2 to 3 weeks to build them.  Most of customers don't mind the wait time, because they know that they will soon be receiving guaranteed Fresh Reliable Batteries.   

Shipping Charges:
All in stock orders are shipped 48 Hours, Monday – Friday.  If an item you order is not marked as Free Shipping, than shipping charges will added to your order as a separate line item at checkout. Quoted shipping days are business days and do not include Saturday or Sunday.  





Return Policy:

Qychex offers a 30 day return period policy.  All returns must be pre-approved and issued an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #.  The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the item(s) is not in brand new condition-including original packaging.  Free shipping charges do not apply for exchanges.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and if you received free shipping on your original order we will deduct the actual shipping charges incurred, from your refund.  We do not accept returns on "Batteries", "Cables" or "Custom Product Orders".

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER – Be sure to inspect your purchase order for any damage or incorrect quantities BEFORE signing for the product.  If you accept a package that has been damaged during shipping, please make sure to have the carrier NOTE the damage before signing for it. 

Qychex warrants all products that we sell.  All items for sale will have a specified warranty displayed with the item.  Qychex Custom Build Products are warrantied to be free from defect and material workmanship.  And all other products that we sell, are covered by a 30-Day Return Policy from Qychex, and then after the 30-Day period, the manufacturer’s warranty will begin. 


Qychex Products: The warranty coverage period on all Qychex Products will be specified along with item description.  Qychex, will either repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective product.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returning a defective item.  Qychex, will be responsible for return shipping cost. 


Return Or Exchange: Any shipping charges that occur as a result of a warranty return or exchange are NOT covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer. 

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products that Qychex determines in its sole discretion, to be free of any material or workmanship defects or flaws;

  • Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration;

  • Products with missing or defaced labels, stickers, or other identifying information;

  • Improper care or storage (e.g. water damage, exposure to extreme heat or cold temperatures, unsanitary environment);

  • Alterations or customization's;

  • Items outside of the covered warranty period


Review the following warranty process before initiating warranty claim.

1. Contact Qychex by email at to submit your warranty return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include a detailed description of the problem.

Note: Be sure to provide the name from the original order as well as a copy or the receipt from the original order number.

2. An automated email will then be sent to the address indicated on the warranty return request containing further instructions regarding packing, shipping and documentation to include when returning the product as well as an RMA authorization number.

3. Once the return is received and inspected an e-mail will be sent informing you that the return has been approved and processed. If there are any issues with the return, an additional e-mail will be sent notifying you of such.


Special Notes:

  • Qychex DOES NOT cover return shipping. Any Product that is returned and deemed to be of working condition or was returned without all of the required information, and the customer has not paid for return shipping, may be disposed of or destroyed after 90 days.
    • Any requested information that is not provided in a timely manner could result in delayed processing of your return.

    • When shipping the product for a return:

      • Ensure the product is packed accordingly to avoid being damaged in-transit. Include original packaging. Use proper protective material to ensure package arrives without damage.

      • Ensure some form of shipment tracking is used.

      • It is strongly recommended to insure the shipment for item coverage cost.

      • Qychex is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in-transit.

    • The RMA authorization email will indicate what, if any, other product contents need to be sent in with the returned product.

Qychex strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We will not be held responsible and warranty will be voided for any returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection via a tracking number.  Remember to keep your tracking number.
Any shipment that arrives damaged will be immediately refused, or will be held at our warehouse until customer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim with carrier. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling any claim of an item returned with shipping damage. No exceptions.

Warranty Exclusions:
We do not accept any returns on "Cables", "Batteries", "Special Ordered Product", "Bulk Sales Orders or any "Final Sale Products".  Used/scratched/missing items product will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Any product that is returned and deemed to be of working condition, and the customer has not paid for return shipping after 90 days, Qychex will dispose of or destroy the product as it sees fit.  This also applies to items returned without Proof of Purchase or an RMA Number.  No exceptions.

We will never share any personal information about you with any third party except when requested by state law.  The encrypted information is sent directly to one of the world’s largest credit card processing companies for authorization. This information cannot be read by unauthorized parties over the Internet and Qychex does not maintain a record of your credit card number.

Liability Wavier Warning: Qychex and its parent agency Housing 4 Now, state that we assume no liability for the use, miss-use and or care of our Lithium Battery Replacements.  All responsibility falls on the battery and or owner of the battery, and the Specific Use, for which the battery will be used for.  There are various Safety Factors that must be complied with when installing lithium batteries.  We all ways recommend that the installation of Lithium Batteries, should only be done by either a Licensed Electrical Professional or a person with advanced educational knowledge of Lithium Batteries.  Meaning, a college graduate in the field of Lithium Batteries, or a person who has attended a Lithium Battery Accredited Educational Course.
